I have 41 years of “boots on the ground” criminal, traffic and civil law enforcement experience. I am to date the highest decorated officer of the Atlantic County Sheriffs office recognized by both law enforcement and civilian organizations.
I was born and raised in the inlet of Atlantic City. I speak fluent Spanish and my grandfather was the first Japanese American to settle in Atlantic City Raising his family. He was a very proud to become an American Citizen. That is why they call me “TOKYO”.
I am the father of 16 children including 4 stepchildren. I have 26 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren who are all culturally diverse and the true essence of America.
